Its called Reputation or rep for short. It allows us to see whos been good in the clan. e.g If someone is vulgar or offensive he can get negative rep. If someone is helpful or has good advice he can get positive rep. We'd have to cap how much rep one player can give another (no spam clicking rep up or down).
